Disable Allows the user to set the level of power management.

PM Control by APM Yes
No If Yes is selected the BIOS will wait for Advanced Power Management's prompt before entering any power management mode. This is the recommended setting for any operating system that utilizes APM, such as Windows ® 95/98/NT.

Soft-Off by PWR-BTTN Instant-Off
Delay 4 Sec. Instant-Off - the system will power off immediately upon pressing the Power button.
Delay 4 Sec. - pressing the power button will place the system into suspend mode. The button must be held for more than 4 seconds to power down the system.

CPUFAN Off In Suspend Enabled
Disabled When enabled, this feature powers down the CPU fan when the system enters suspend mode.

Resume by Ring Enabled
Disabled When enabled, system awakens when the modem receives an incoming call.

Resume by Alarm Disabled
Enabled When enabled, system awakens at a date and time set by the user.

Wake Up On LAN Enabled
Disabled When enabled, system awakens when a signal is detected by the LAN connection.

Restore AC/Power Loss Last State

Stay Off Defines what state the system will return to after restoration of power following a power loss.
