Symptom
1. Customer has a "3F8h com port address conflict" error on PB600 POST.
2. Tech changed the CMOS setting from Com1 to Com3.
3. No POST error on first reboot.
4. Same 3F8 Error returns on second reboot.
Resolution
Remove the conflicting port in Device Manager before rebooting to CMOS setup to keep the changes.
