850 MB: Unable To Upgrade To AMD K6-2 CPU

Symptom
When upgrading the CPU to an AMD K6-2 with any BIOS version of less than 1.07, the system may have problems. (not POSTing, booting, etc.)

Resolution
Update the BIOS to at least 1.07 (with a different CPU).
