870: System Is Hanging On Bootup Or Shutdown

Resolution
Insert the Companion CD into the CD-ROM drive.
Restart the computer. The FRU Diagnostics program will start automatically.
If an error code is generated, contact technical support for additional troubleshooting.
If there is no error code generated, remove any added Hardware that is in the system.
If the issue persists, contact technical support.
