Sound 4: Modem Found In "Other Devices" Category After Restore
Symptom
After system is formatted and restored, the modem portion of the Sound 4 will install itself into the "other devices" category of Device Manager as a "U. S. Robotics Inc., Modem".
Resolution
If the listing in the other devices category is exactly "U. S. Robotics Inc., Modem", call technical support.
